The company was incorporated as MODCOM In 2011, 1999 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 as a Limited Liability.

As at today, our services cut across the different sectors of the economy like procurement of Hardware & Software, Consumable & Accessories, Structured Cabling Maintenance, Surveillance, Office Automation, Internet-by-Vsat Connectivity, Consultants and other related Information and Communication Technology Services.
