It is a serious offense for any employee of MODCOM to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession of or under the influence of any non-prescription drug while working or residing on any jobsite, including all property under the control of MODCOM .
Personnel may be tested to determine usage of alcohol or illicit drugs at any time. Failure to cooperate with testing will be viewed the same as a positive result. This rule applies to all operations and all locations on a 24-hours basis.
